OneNote not Syncing (Delete Cache)
First will need to close out all OneNote Notebooks that are currently open in your OneNote.

Open File Explorer and select my pc and then double click Local Disk (C:)

Double click the Users folder and then find your name and double click on it also.

Next double click on the App Data folder. If you can’t see it, will need to click the View tab and make sure View Hidden Items is checked.

Next double click the following folders;
Local -> Microsoft -> OneNote -> 16.0
You should see the files pictured below. Select the cache folder and hit delete. After it is deleted open any OneNote files you need and they should sync up.

Now, you will need to reopen any of the OneNotes that you are needing and should sync up
