Remove numbers from the DNC list in Five9 (need admin access)

Step 1. Login to the Five9 Administrator application.

Step 2. Go to the Contacts folder.

Step 3. Right-Click on the Search folder and select Contact Lookup.

Step 4. Make sure that the Include records from the DNC list are checked.

Step 5. Select the Criteria that you would like to use for searching the contact record(s) and enter the required data/value. You may use one or more criteria if needed but please note that if you use multiple criteria, the contact record(s) should have all of the values you entered.

Step 6. Click on the Lookup button.

Step 7. A phone number that is on the DNC list will be in Red.

Step 8. Right-click on the Contact Record and select Remove from the DNC list.
