Angry Unicorn Clear Local Website Cache
This guide is specific for when agents happen to get angry unicorn due to pulling up an old app (before February 2022)
This guide will also work for clearing the cache for any Angry Unicorn specific issues, Slow loading of AWL Unicorn, and other performance issues related to Unicorn.
Clearing the cache with this method will avoid disconnecting calls when using the Five9 Softphone.
To clear the Local Website Cache:
1) On the left of the website address in your browser window, Click where it says 'Not Secure' (note: if it doesn't say 'Not Secure', there will be a lock icon you will need to select instead)
2) Select "Cookies and site data"
3) Select "Manage on-device site data"
4) Select the Trash Bin Icon next to every website address that appears on this list
5) Select "Done" and refresh the page
