Teams/Outlook Not Opening

1. In the search bar at the bottom of the screen type "access work or school" and select the option at the top shown below.

2. On the next screen there should be a "work or school account" with your email address. If so, click on it and then click "disconnect".

3. Step 2 will sign you out of both Teams and Outlook so you'll have to reopen both programs and sign back into them. After entering and submitting your password you should see the below screen, select the "No, sign into this app only" option and then the programs should open as normal.
