Export Old Call Recordings
Extract the ITSASFU program to your C: drive. It is located in the IT Installs drive.
SysAdmin will need to turn the IC Server and IC Sql Server back on, depending on how far back the recordings are.
Locate the file in the server. They are stored based off date. once you get to the date of the call requested, can seach the file for the call. When searching, use the first 10 digits of the interaction ID provided in the ticket
copy the call file to the c:\ITSASFU folder
Open Cmd, and navigate to C:\ITSASFU>
run following cmd: irsasfu extract 1001023799_1001023785_92211d9841548cac9567edb0.sasf 0 (changing the file name to what you copied from the call server)
will export the call as an opus file in that folder, simply move it to where you need and then attach to ticket
