Text not Clear / Cleartype (Cleartext)
In the new Windows 11 VDI environment for our Agents and BPO agents, Cleartype is not enabled by default. To fix issues with how the text looks, this setting will need to be enabled.
Please note that once enabled, any open programs will need to be restarted for the changes to go into effect. (Teams specifically will need to be closed out through the taskbar icon)
If the text is still too small after making this change, there is an accessibility option built-in to Windows that we can utilize. Instructions for changing the text size can be found at the bottom of this guide.
To Enable the Cleartype setting, please follow these instructions:
1) In the windows search feature, type in "Cleartype"
2) Make sure the Cleartype checkbox is selected.
3) The next few screens will ask you to select which text looks better for you. These are minor adjustments to the text which results in better text readability. Please select the option that looks the best (even if they look the same). Once you have gone through all these options, you'll need to close out of any open programs such as Teams, Outlook, and Chrome for these changes to take effect.

If the text is still too small, there is an accessibility option that we can change that is built-in to Windows.
1) In the windows search feature, type in "Text Size" and open the System setting with that name.
2) Move the slider to the desired text size. I would recommend not going over 125% as that starts to cause display issues in LoanPro.
