Unable to Sign in- Prompting a Download
After signing into Five9, if you are taken to the following screen prompting to download and install "Five9 Softphone" there is no need to download anything. This program is already installed on the system and typically runs automatically, although it can sometimes take a little bit for that autorun to execute.

The following steps will walk you through running the program manually:
- Click on the Windows icon at the bottom of the screen, or the search bar next to it.
- Start typing the word "Softphone" until you see the option for "Five9 Softphone Service" like the screenshot below.
- Either left click the applitcation in the "Best match" or "Apps" section(Option 1) or left click on "open" on the right hand side while the application is highlighted(Option 2).
- The search box will close and the program will begin running. If you do not see anything show up on your screen, this is to be expected.
- Return to your browser where you are trying to sign into Five9 and shortly after you opened/ran the program the page should continue on automatically and you should hear the three tones indicating the station check was successful.
